In recent years,Electric vehicle industry has developed rapidly in China,but it also produced a large number of retired power batteries.Considering the waste problem of resources and environmental pollution caused by retired power batteries,the applicability research of retired power batteries in different application scenarios has been widely concerned by industry and academia.In this paper,from three aspects of technology,economy and security,considering the requirements of echelon utilization battery performance and application scenarios,the applicability evaluation rules of echelon utilization battery application scenarios are set up,the applicability evaluation algorithm is proposed,and the applicable battery types and battery application scenarios in the application scenarios are sorted respectively.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The technical performance,economic performance and safety performance of echelon utilization battery are analyzed respectively,and the corresponding performance characterization parameters are selected as the applicability evaluation index of echelon utilization battery application scenarios,and the factors affecting echelon utilization battery performance are summarized.(2)Set the applicability evaluation rules for echelon battery application scenarios.The evaluation rule uses the battery performance characterization parameters as the evaluation index,and scores according to the multiple relationship between the characterization parameters of different batteries.Then,considering the influence degree of the factors of echelon utilization battery performance on the characterization parameters,the proportion of different characterization parameters in the evaluation,the application scenario demand and other aspects,set the evaluation coefficient for the evaluation indexes,and finally get the evaluation value range of different evaluation indexes.In terms of technology,firstly,the proportion of different characterization parameters in the evaluation is analyzed based on the hierarchical clustering algorithm.Then,five typical scenarios,such as frequency modulation service,peak valley arbitrage,stabilizing output fluctuation and standby power supply of communication base station,are taken as examples.Based on the demand of scenarios,the influence degree of different impact factors on the characterization parameters is analyzed to set the corresponding evaluation coefficient.In terms of economy,firstly,the life evaluation model is established based on the Eileen equation to estimate the calendar life of different types of batteries.Secondly,based on the net income model and the purchase price of new batteries,the purchase price of batteries in echelon utilization is analyzed.Finally,the corresponding evaluation coefficient is set based on the sensitivity.In terms of security,the corresponding evaluation coefficient is set based on the different operating environment and application scenario conditions.Finally,the effectiveness of the evaluation rules is verified by using AHP and five typical scenarios.(3)An improved Ada Boost VIKOR algorithm is proposed.According to the evaluation value range of the evaluation index,the applicability calculation of different types of batteries in the application scenario is carried out,and TOPSIS algorithm is used to verify the rationality of the applicability calculation results.Finally,the applicable battery types and the applicable battery scenarios are sorted according to the applicability.
