With the rapid development of China's high-speed emu technology,in order to meet the rapid growth of China's economy and the rise of city clusters for intercity rail transit needs,China's standard emu came into being.As one of the large parts in the vehicle system,bogie plays an important role,and the shock absorber is also an important part in the bogie.Its application will directly affect the running quality,driving safety and riding comfort of the high-speed train.In this article,by China standards the emu model 1 and China standard the emu model 2(below the corresponding to the model 1 and the model 2)of the emu bogie a vertical shock absorber,the transverse vibration damping device,anti roll torsion bar,serpentine shock absorber damping device load calibration experiment was carried out and the tracking tests on west big passenger dedicated line,the shock absorber for load-time history data,the following several aspects of the study:(1)Based on the test data of the Daxixian,the load of all kinds of shock absorbers of the standard emu model 1 and the standard emu model 2 was statistically analyzed.The anti-roll bar was simulated with ABAQUS software,and the strong response area of the load was determined,so as to determine the test scheme of each load;(2)analyze the time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics of the loads of shock absorbers under typical working conditions,and compare the load characteristics of shock absorbers such as the standard emu model 1 and the standard emu model 2 vertical shock absorbers,two-system horizontal shock absorbers,anti-roll torsion bars,snake-resistant shock absorbers;(3)process the load time history data obtained by model 1 and model 2 in railway measurement,and obtain the load spectra of each shock absorber in their main load direction;(4)based on the statistical load spectrum,the distribution fitting is carried out by mathematical statistics,and the maximum load is inferred by using the probability density function,and the statistical load spectrum of each shock absorber is compiled.Figure 57,table 20,reference 70.
