Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of simple structure,small size,low loss,high power factor,etc.It is widely used in military,aerospace,industrial production and other fields.The operation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor needs to be connected to the drive power supply.The high-performance drive power supply is conducive to the precise control of the motor.Therefore,the drive power supply needs to be tested and evaluated.The current detection method is more traditional,mainly using the "drive-controlled motor-mechanical load" mechanical detection platform.The detection platform has the disadvantages of complex design,high cost,and difficult parameter adjustment.In view of the shortcomings of the above-mentioned drive power detection device,this thesis proposes a motor simulation experiment platform that uses electronic loads to simulate the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor ports.The motor simulation experiment platform includes the drive power to be tested,an electronic load with motor characteristics and a motor simulator.The motor simulator obtains the state quantity of the motor through calculation,and the electronic load is responsible for simulating the stator current of the real motor.Thesis first establishes a mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motors in a variety of coordinate systems to provide a basis for building motor models in MATLAB.Select the electronic load of AC-DC-AC PWM converter structure as the main power circuit of the motor simulator.The electronic load includes two parts: an simulation converter and a grid-connected inverter.The simulation converter selects the current PI control mode and quickly tracks the current command to simulate the port characteristics of the motor;the grid-connected inverter selects the voltage-current PI control mode,which will simulate The electric energy absorbed by the side is connected to the grid to realize the feedback flow of energy.In the MATLAB/Simulink environment,the simulation model of the motor simulator is built,and the offline simulation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor simulation is carried out.According to the simulation model,build a permanent magnet synchronous motor simulation experiment platform,run the main power circuit in the NI simulator,write a control algorithm for the motor model and the simulation converter controller model,and import it into the DSP28335 controller for permanent magnet synchronous motor simulation System hardware-in-the-loop(DSP-HIL)simulation experiment.The experimental results show that the motor simulation scheme is feasible and effective in the drive power detection test and can simulate the electrical characteristics of the port of the real motor.
