Study On Construction Design Of Steel Structure Residence's Exterior Wall

Under the background of energy and resource shortage and environmental crisis,it is necessary for China's housing industry to transform to industrialization.Steel structure residence has some advantages,such as high degree of assembly,high strength,light weight,good seismic performance,recyclable and less pollution,which meets the requirements of sustainable development in China.There are still many problems in the development and promotion of steel structure residence: the cost of steel structure residence is higher than that of traditional residence;Lacking of strategic research on steel structure system,and the exterior wall system is still imperfect.;The selection and development of exterior wall panel is one of the key issues in the promotion of steel structure residential system.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the construction of exterior wall of steel structure residential to improve the core competitiveness of steel structure residential in the market.Chapter ?:Starting from the topic and background of this thesis,combing the research status at home and abroad,this points out that there are some problems in the construction technology of the exterior wall of the steel structure residence,defined the research object,and determined the research content and research methods.Chapter ?: This chapter mainly introduces the steel structure housing system,new wall materials,single material exterior wall and light composite exterior wall.The light composite exterior wall is classified as the basis of the later structural research.This paper Combs the physical principle of meeting the functional characteristics of the exterior wall on the structural level,and puts forward the design principle of the exterior wall of the steel structure residence as the standard of the construction analysis of the exterior wall.Chapter ?: This paper combs the composition and composite of the exterior wall of steel structure residence,including the base course,thermal insulation layer,facing layer,waterproof layer and vapor barrier layer.From the actual cases,mature atlas and relevant specifications,this paper sort out the materials of each functional layer and the connection construction method of each functional side of the exterior wall of the steel structure residence.It also lays a foundation for further discussion of the "seepage,crack,heat " and other problems in the wall damage as well as the analysis of the external wall structure.Chapter ?: In this paper,the "seepage,crack,heat" and other wall damage problems of the external wall of the steel structure residence are studied.To find the causes and locations of the "wall damage" of different types of external walls and the suitable construction treatment methods of various external walls,this paper combine with the composition of various external walls and the composite construction methods.According to the design principle of the exterior wall of the steel structure residence,this paper studies the construction methods of the three kinds of exterior walls: the prefabricated composite strip wall,the prefabricated composite large plate wall and the composite wall on the site of the keel.This paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of wall panels,and finds out the types and construction methods of the exterior walls suitable for the steel structure residenceChapter ?: Summary...
