In recent years,with the strong support of national and local policies,China's steel structure residential system is quite mature.However,compared with the bearing structure,the development of wallboard is lagging behind.Although there are many materials to make panels on the market,but their size,density,thermal conductivity,sound insulation,fire resistance index,compressive strength,whether environmental protection and other physical and mechanical properties vary,affect the quality,function and grade of the building.To the end,the following main work:1.Based on the comparison and analysis of the performance of the common wall panels,the design of the standard wallboard system is put forward.2.This paper discusses the calculation method.The ultimate bearing capacity of normal section and the serviceability limit state(deflection and crack checking)theory of the code for design of concrete structures are used in this process.3.Visual Basic programming software is used to compile the software package of steel structure house wall board library,which provides convenience for designers.4.The finite element analysis software Midas/gen is used to simulate the skin effect of a multi-storey steel structure residence in Taiyuan.The analysis results show that the external wall plate changes the stress state of the whole structure,makes the internal force distribution of the structure more uniform,reduces the inter story displacement angle,increases the overall rigidity and improves the stability.Finally,it provides a reference for designers to consider the skin effect of exterior wall.
