At present, energy conservation and emissions reduction is becoming more and more attention, and the people's requirement to the high quality and comfort building, prefabricated steel structure housing should make full use of its good shock-resistant and industrialized production advantages, following the direction of national policy and market demand. But the development of prefabricated steel structure housing is not smooth, the main aspects of hindering its development is retaining system and housing matching part. In view of this, the author researched on connection between light steel keel interior board and steel structure of main body.Light steel keel interior wall is a kind of composite wall, made up of the keel,panel and rock wool. Vertical keel paly a role as a strut and connect with the panel by self-tapping screw. To meet the requirements of sound insulation performance of interior wall, the middle of the cavity should be filled with sound absorption materials. Light steel keel composite wallboard not only lightness, high strength, and has well plasticity and toughness, but also can save a large amount of clay resources. It is a kind of energy conservation and environmental protection wall and embodies the concept of green building.This paper has designed two kinds of new connection. One is connection structure between board and steel frame beam, another is connection structure between board and ground.The calculation formula of seam width between steel frame and board was determined. Under the seismic action and support relative displacement, U-shaped connection of weld and the bottom bolts on the shear bearing capacity calculation.Researches show that U-shaped connection of weld and the bottom bolts on the shear bearing capacity meet the demands.Using the software of ABAQUS, it was carried out nonlinear finite element analysis upon the basic behavior of U-shaped fitting with a vertical keel joint subjected to support relative displacement. Draw contact reaction curves,contact area curves and stress curve of each part. Researches show that U-shaped connection with a vertical keel joint destruction mainly concentrated in the vertical keel.Using the software of ABAQUS, the finite element analysis model of light steel keel interior wall under the new connection was established. Respectively analysis the wall and fittings deformation and stress changes under the uniformly distributed load and displacement between floors. Under the action of out-of-plane uniformly distributed load, bearing capacity meet the demands of Code for Design of Steel Structure Residential Buildings. Under the action of out-of-plane displacement between the layers, new connections of the wall can be adapted to frame structure of the elastic displacement limit value between the layers and frame structure of the elastic-plastic displacement limit value between the layers.
