Research On Design And Development Of Animation Derivatives Based On Chinese Elements

Nowadays,animation,as a dual product of economy and culture,has been popular all over the world.As a carrier,it integrates different cultures,customs,concepts and so on,infiltrates and influences people’s lives and thoughts in its own unique way.The connotation of "animation" has long gone beyond the limitations of people’s cognition of animation films or animation books.It has been integrated with the industry for a long time,forming a series of complete industrial chains from market development to planning,production,release and later development of related roles and their ancillary products.Animation derivatives can be said to be an important aspect of this industry system,and the design and development of related animation derivatives has attracted much attention in the industry and animation fans.The development of animation and derivatives in Japan,Europe and the United States and other countries has a certain scale,especially in Japan,which is adjacent to China.The experience and practice of its animation power has a profound enlightenment for China.At the cultural element level of animation design,compared with Japan,China has a long and rich history and cultural heritage as the backing,more development advantages and space,but China has not taken these precious Chinese elements as the development cornerstone to strengthen our animation industry,how to design classic and eternal animation works on the basis of Chinese elements and make them Its derivatives are the problems that we must think about and explore deeply at present.Looking at some well-known animation works and their derivatives around the world,it seems that integrating and reflecting Chinese elements has become a fashion,which is popular among animation fans.Unfortunately,these works are not from China.Based on the existing literature,the author of this paper will analyze the Chinese elements involved in some familiar animation works and their derivatives,analyze the current situation of the design and development of Chinese elements’ animation derivatives from the types of Chinese elements,types of derivatives development,markets,audience groups and design groups,and explore the value of Chinese elements in animation derivatives design from different angles such as international,domestic and future prospects.In-depth analysis of the current Chinese element animation derivatives design and development,such as the lack of innovation,away from the needs of the audience;Lack of role extension;Lack of expressive force in product design;Major problems such as low brand and difficult marketing promotion.Finally,the author believes that only with the needs of the audience as the guide,to strengthen the innovative design of animation derivatives;Compatible with the nationality and internationality of design;Design and production are synchronized;Only by standardizing the industrial environment and creating a broad space for brand promotion can the deficiencies existing in the design and development of Chinese element animation derivatives be fundamentally solved.I hope the creation of this paper can bring new ideas and enlightenment for the future design concept,process and development direction of Chinese element animation derivatives.
