The 1553 B bus transceiver was a core module of the data communication system.The 1553 B bus transceiver had the high reliability of transmitting data,so it was widely used in aerospace electronic equipment and played an important role in the communication efficiency and safety of aerospace equipment.MIL-STD-1553 B was a time-division command / response multiplexed data bus in the aircraft.To transmit data,the 1553 B bus adopted shielded-twisted pair.The signal was transmitted in the form of serial digital pulses,and whose signal format was represented by Manchester encoding.Therefore,key analog circuits for 1553 B bus transceiver were researched and designed in this thesis.The main contents including:Firstly,the 1553 B bus standard,including the 1553 B bus system structure and the protocol word format,was discussed in this thesis.And,the structure of 1553 B bus transceiver was given.Secondly,based on analyzing the operating principle and temperature characteristics of the bandgap reference circuit and discussing two kinds of traditional temperature-compensated bandgap reference circuits,a high-order temperaturecompensated bandgap reference was designed by adopting VEB linear compensation and piecewise linear compensation technology.The designed high-order temperaturecompensated bandgap reference was simulated in Huahong 0.35μm BCD process.Simulation results showed that the designed high-order temperature-compensated bandgap reference achieved the temperature coefficient of 0.47 ppm/℃ and the power supply rejection ratio of-57 d B at low frequencies.Thirdly,based on designing sub-circuits including limiting amplifier,four-order active low-pass filter and comparator,this thesis designed a receiver of 1553 B bus transceiver in Huahong 0.35μm BCD process.Simulation results showed that the receiver of 1553 B bus transceiver could realize signal conversion well in the frequency range from1 MHz to 10 MHz.Finally,based in designed sub-circuits including enable circuit,edge control circuit,input compare circuit and output drive circuit,a transmitter of 1553 B bus transceiver was designed in Huahong 0.35μm BCD process.Simulation results showed that the designed transmitter meets the protocol standard of MIL-STD-1553 B bus.
