With the sustained and high-speed development of the economy,children’s quality of life has been paid more and more attention,by the current variety of marketing models and cultural waves of implicit influence.In the experience economy trend,how children’s products stores should create a more comfortable experience environment,design a small business space to meet the needs of children’s families,is the focus of this study.In this study,the methods of literature analysis,case analysis,social investigation,interview,questionnaire and multidisciplinary cross-research are used in this study,trying to push out the spatial design methods of children’s products stores and make them meet the taste of children’s home.This article is divided into five chapters.The introduction mainly expounds the research background and problems,research purpose and significance,research status and research content and method,secondly,starting from the development and overview of the experience space of children’s product stores,combining the multi-disciplinary(such as psychology,marketing,child psychology,etc.)with the experience,and systematically discusses the customer’s experience behavior and the theory of the customer’s experience in space.This paper summarizes in detail the spatial elements,layout and color of children’s products stores,on the other hand,observing the behavior of consumers in the stores to analyze different experience stakes and experience needs,the experience is divided into product experience,space experience,service experience,and the experience needs are summarized into security,meet functions,hedonistic,respect,social needs,impact 6 levels.The customer experience that will eventually be applied to the children’s product store will be divided into four aspects according to emotional depth,dimension,cognitive experience,emotional experience,interactive communication experience,and then by designing questionnaires and analyzing data to study the gap between importance and satisfaction,the analysis leads to the importance-satisfaction line of the children’s store in the store,and the specific relationship between the two factors and relationships,and finally the four experiences are the core,combining the important-satisfaction factors.Analyze the excellent case,from which to find out the specific measures to meet the needs of the experience,summarize and break down the design principles and design methods of children’s products stores under the need to meet the customer experience needs,finally summarize the research results,and reflect on the research process is not thoughtful enough,and provide a new starting point for the follow-up research,and put forward the prospect.
