In the era of the experience economy,people has changed their consumption demand from material comfort to the material and spiritual enjoyment.Compared with ordinary commercial space,the experiential commercial space requires more diverse functions and more comfortable environment.Therefore,the purpose of the paper is how to make the experiential commercial space more in line with people’s need and possesses unique cultural characteristic、comfortable environment and beautiful landscape through planning and designing the landscape.After helping from relevant theories and studies in experiential consumption and commercial space,applying to various research methods that literature synthesis、 investigation、analysis、practice and demonstration and combining with field trip,the paper has referred to the framework of the plan and design of the experiential commercial space and landscape and summarized a set of theories and methods,which apply in the plan and design of experiential commercial space.Main research contents are as follows:1.According to the present situation of plan, design and development of commercial space landscape,the paper has referred to the concept of experiential commercial space and analyzed its characteristics, function and shape.The research shows that the experiential commercial space is a space that integrating shopping、 leisure、catering and entertainment and pursuing diverse space configuration and abundant sensory experience.lt enjoys characters of unique culture、humanization and stressing the experience ambiguity、value sharing and compound function in space.2.The paper has analyzed the elements and characters of experiential commercial space in landscape.The study indicates that these elements present different shape in space and landscape through intercombination and interaction so that they can develop a complete environment and landscape system with compound functions、 diverse elements、rich cultures and multi-dimensional time and space.3.The paper has put forward the principle and method of the plan and design of experiential commercial space in planning and designing.From the research,in the level of planning,the four major elements of experiential commercial space’s plan and design is the combination of the integration of city、 the configuration of space、the permeation of culture and the experience consumption;in the level of designing,the method of experiential commercial space’s plan and design is considering in the whole conception、detailed design and functional facilities.Through the above researches,the paper has presented the concept、functions and features and analyzed the landscape elements and characters of experiential commercial space,summarized the principles and methods of the plan and design of experiential commercial space,all of which has offered some theory evidences to the development and establishment of our country’s commercial space.
