Research On The Optimization Of Community Public Service Facility Configuration Based On The Characteristics Of Resident Activities

Community public service facilities carry the important role of improving the quality of life of residents,highlighting the characteristics of the city,embodying humanistic care and promoting social equity.With the increasing demand of residents,whether the resources of public service facilities are allocated fairly and efficiently is related to the government's ability to provide public service facilities and the quality of community residents enjoying public services.The degree of conformity between the community public service facility configuration and the characteristics of residents' activities directly reflects the scientific rationality of the facility configuration.Based on this,this paper proposes the problem of optimizing the configuration of community public service facilities based on the characteristics of residents 'activities.Taking the typical community of Hefei as an example,the characteristics of the configuration of residents' activities and the status quo of public service facilities are taken as research objects,with the goal of improving the quality of life in the community.The degree of conformity of the public service facility configuration with the characteristics of the residents' community activities,discovers the problems in the community public service facility configuration,and proposes a configuration optimization strategy.This article first studies and combs the relevant concepts and theories of community public services.The concepts mainly include life circles,daily activities,communities and public service facilities.A summary of the relevant theories and research developments at home and abroad found that foreign concerns about community public service facilities are mostly focused on the fairness and accessibility of facility configuration,while domestic research focuses on facility configuration standards,optimized layout,and Evaluation research,etc.,the trend of research since then is to pay more attention to people-oriented,from the perspective of human needs to focus on the configuration is more perfect.Then issue questionnaires to the Binhu Century Community,Hongqi Community and Wenboyuan Community in Hefei City to collect information on residents 'activities and analyze the characteristics of the residents' activities through the survey results.The results divide the facilities into three types: high frequency,intermediate frequency and low frequency according to the frequency of use of the facilities;Through the correlation analysis between the frequency of use and personal attributes to reflect the preference of facilities for people with different attributes,it is considered that the diversified needs of residents should be fully considered in the process of facility configuration;in the summary of travel methods,it is found that residents have strong walking needs Therefore,in the optimization process of public service facilities,walking time should be taken as the measurement standard,and walking reachability should be taken as the optimization goal.Finally,based on the travel time consumption,the analysis of the use of the facilities to meet the standards and found that the current travel time is generally higher than the standard travel time The overall utilization rate of facilities is relatively low.Secondly,based on the POI data of community public service facilities,using nuclear density analysis and buffer analysis,the supply characteristics of six categories of facilities such as basic education,medical and health care,cultural and sports entertainment,business services,elderly care services,and transportation services are obtained,and the lakeside is found The distribution of various types of facilities in the Century community is relatively uneven.The community is basically within 15 minutes of service coverage,and 5-10 minutes of service coverage needs to be strengthened;the coverage of various types of facilities in the Hongqi community is better;the distribution of various types of facilities in the Wenboyuan community and the city The functional layout is more relevant,and the 5-10 minute service coverage also needs to be strengthened.Then calculate the facility supply compliance rate,analyze the difference between the facility utilization compliance rate and the supply compliance rate,summarize the existing problems,and find that there is a supply gap in the spatial configuration,the type compliance rate varies greatly,and the community characteristics of the residents are strong.Finally,based on the problem,the optimization principles of full coverage equalization,open sharing,differentiated demand and convenient accessibility are proposed,and the optimization goals of configuration systemization,service equalization and supply and demand matching are proposed,from improving the configuration system and promoting facilities Six aspects including full coverage,ensuring accurate service,encouraging open sharing and building a pedestrian community have proposed strategies for optimizing the allocation of community public service facilities.With a view to improving the service quality of existing communities and meeting the daily life and spiritual needs of residents.
