With the fast development of vehicle electronics,measurement technique,control technology,material shaping and control engineering,mechanical machining,the deign method and control technology for air suspension and relative components become more and more mature,a wide range of scholars and vehicle manufactures have been devoting themselves to relative researches on air suspension due to this trend.In air suspension system,air supply system plays a significant role.Air supply system inhales air from atmosphere and compresses air for air springs and reservoir.Air supply system consists of air compressor and solenoid valve.In this dissertation,design and match for air supply system based on related researches at home and abroad is mainly studied.The contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Development status of the air suspension system at home and abroad is discussed.At the same time the shortcomings of present studies are pointed out,some air supply system products of famous air suspension suppliers are enumerated,the main research content and problems needed to be solved are introduced.(2)Working principle of air supply system in air filling process and air exhausting process is elaborated in detail,structures and working principles of air compressor and solenoid valve are introduced separately,physical models for air supply system including air compressor and solenoid valve are established.(3)Design and match work for air compressor is performed according to requirements from air suspension;mounting position is selected,transmissibility of vibration isolation system is optimized by means of isolation spring design,isolation rubber design and isolation bracket design,under requirements of the isolation performance.At last,the transmissibility is reduced to lower than-20 d B,the weight is reduced to 5.27 Kg,the weight reduction rate is 46.77%.Then the solenoid valve structure is designed according to requirements from system function.(4)Part tests of air compressor assembly and solenoid valve assembly are performed;24-channel MTS real car test and 100 thousand kilometers road endurance test on air supply system is carried out.System function,NVH and CAE performance of the air supply system is fully validated by above tests.
