The base isolation method can quickly achieve the purpose of earthquake resistance and shock absorption.In order to improve a series of shortcomings such as traditional rubber bearings,a new type of SMA laminated rubber bearing was designed by introducing shape memory alloy materials with rubber bearings to give play to the super-elastic properties of shape memory alloys.Through a combination of theoretical analysis,experimental analysis,and finite element simulation research,the performance parameters,restoring force characteristics,variation rules and seismic isolation performance of the new SMA laminated rubber bearing are studied and analyzed.Through theoretical analysis,detailed performance parameters of the various components of the new SMA laminated rubber bearing are carried out,and the finite element analysis is carried out based on the Auricchio&Sacco constitutive model;the new SMA laminated rubber bearing is studied in vertical Changes in performance parameters such as longitudinal stiffness,shear stiffness,ultimate shear bearing capacity,etc.;through the finite element analysis method,the horizontal reciprocating load of the new SMA laminated rubber bearing is studied,and the horizontal load and vertical load are analyzed for the new SMA laminated rubber The impact of the energy dissipation capacity of the bearing and the impact on the dynamic performance of the new SMA laminated rubber bearing such as equivalent horizontal stiffness,equivalent damping ratio,unit energy consumption,etc.;combined with shear wall seismic planning and new seismic isolation concepts,the traditional The finite element simulation of shear wall,ordinary rubber bearing shear wall and new SMA laminated rubber bearing shear wall is carried out to verify the seismic isolation performance of the new SMA laminated rubber bearing invented and designed in this paper.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)A new type of SMA laminated rubber bearing was designed by using the superelasticity and high damping characteristics of shape memory alloy.The composition of the bearing,the principle of seismic isolation,and the mechanical calculation formula of restoring force were analyzed.The results prove that the shape memory alloy provides good damping characteristics and restoring force for the rubber bearing,and effectively improves the shortcomings of the rubber bearing.(2)Through experimental research and analysis,the new SMA laminated rubberbearing is superior to the ordinary rubber bearing in shear stiffness and ultimate shear bearing capacity,which proves that the new SMA laminated rubber bearing has good mechanical properties and seismic isolation potential.(3)According to Auricchio&Sacco constitutive model,finite element simulation of superelasticity of shape memory alloy is carried out.Finite element can simulate superelasticity well;finite element simulation of new SMA laminated rubber bearing,horizontal displacement and vertical load affect the new SMA laminated The equivalent horizontal stiffness,equivalent damping ratio,and unit cycle energy consumption of the rubber bearing have a certain influence.Among them,the horizontal displacement has a significant influence on the performance of the new SMA laminated rubber bearing;the vertical load has a smaller influence on the new SMA laminated rubber bearing and tends to be stable.(4)The finite element analysis of the shear wall structure of the new SMA laminated rubber bearing was carried out using ADINA software.The analysis results of concrete,steel and energy dissipation capacity show that the new SMA laminated rubber bearing has good seismic isolation performance and energy dissipation potential,To prove the rationality of the design of the new SMA laminated rubber bearing.The paper has 48 figures,13 tables,and 60 references.
