Because of various factors,the topic of energy depletion and environmental pollution always revolves around our daily life.That is why widespread attention has gradually shifted to new sustainable energy applications.Because the output voltage value of the power generation system based on PV cell and fuel cell is low and the fluctuation is large,the DC-DC switch converter with high voltage gain and low current ripple has become a hot topic in today's research.A magnetic integration high voltage gain quadratic Cuk converter is proposed in this article,to enable the Cuk converter to meet this special environmental requirement of high gain and low ripple.A quadratic structure is referred to the traditional Cuk converter,at the same time,the switch inductance unit structure and the switch capacitance unit structure are used,the voltage gain of the converter is significantly improved,and the voltage stress of the converter switch devices is also reduced.This article discusses the quadratic Cuk converter,the switch capacitor quadratic Cuk converter and the switch inductance/switch capacitor quadratic Cuk converter.The voltage gain expressions of the three converters are derived.Compared with the traditional Cuk converter,the voltage voltage gain in these converters is 1/(1-D)times,(1+D)/D(1-D)times and(1+D)~2/D(1-D)times respectively,the voltage stress of each device in the converter is also given.For the switch inductance/switch capacitor quadratic Cuk converter,three different inductively coupled schemes are discussed,the current ripple of the input and output inductance under different coupling modes is analyzed and compared.PSIM imitation a true software and make an experimental prototype to verify that the proposed magnetic integrated high voltage gain quadratic Cuk converter.The high voltage gain quadratic Cuk converter presented in this article has high electrical performance by PSIM simulation software and making experimental prototype.The article has 51 figures 4 tables and 55 references.
