| Photovoltaic power generation has gradually increased because of its unique advantages in the market share.In order to meet the needs of grid-connected high gain wide input range of DC/DC converter has become one of the domestic and foreign research hotspot.On the basis of summing up the traditional quadratic Boost converter,this paper presents an improved quadratic Boost converter,which has a higher voltage application range by combining the switched capacitor unit,the switching inductance unit and the secondary Boost converter.In line with the current high gain demand for photovoltaic system front-stage converters.This paper focuses on the improved quadratic Boost converter.Firstly,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the quadratic Boost converter and the introduction of the switched capacitor unit and the switching inductance unit,the working principles of the switched capacitor quadratic Boost converter and the switched inductance quadratic Boost converter are analyzed respectively.Based on the characteristics of the former,an improved quadratic Boost converter is proposed and analyzed in detail.The feasibility of the three converters is compared and the correctness of the theory is verified by PSIM simulation.Secondly,three magnetic integrated coupling schemes are proposed for the improved quadratic Boost converter and simulated by PSIM.After that,three kinds of integrated magnetic components are designed.Thirdly,the control strategy and the circuit implementation strategy are designed,and the experimental principle prototype is designed,and the experimental results are analyzed. |
