The development of construction monitoring technology plays an important role in prestressed continuous concrete beam bridge engineering.Good monitoring technology is an important guarantee for the bridge construction process and the safety after completion.Because the construction process of overcast bridge is complicated,especially the final closure process,it is easy to produce internal force and displacement variation.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the stress and alignment to ensure the safety and stability of the bridge structure in construction.In this paper,based on the first phase of the Cross-Shen Hai Expressway Bridge in Dalian Bo Hai Road,the self-adaptive control method is adopted to study the construction monitoring technology of the suspended concrete continuous beam.The main contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,the construction monitoring situation of cantilever pouring concrete continuous bridge and its development status at home and abroad are briefly summarized,and the content,method and structure calculation method of construction monitoring are introduced.Based on the structural characteristics of the Shen Hai Bridge in this paper,a suitable method is selected to provide a basis for the study of the Bohai Sea Road Shen Hai Bridge.(2)According to the first phase of Bohai Sea Road across Shen Hai highway bridge comprehensive situation and the analysis of the design,and select Midas Civil software to build finite element model of cross-Shen Hai Sea bridge,through the values of design parameters,calculation contents and construction condition of determination for the whole construction process simulation,mastered the stress and strain and deformation of the bridge,the theoretical calculation of the stress and the elevation values are obtained.(3)The finite element model is used to simulate the data of each parameter and analyze the parameter sensitivity.According to the parameter sensitivity analysis of the bridge,the main factors that affect the stress and deformation of the bridge are found and corrected.Ensure that the construction process in the allowable range to comply with the design requirements.(4)According to the bridge characteristics of Shenhai Bridge,appropriate strain gauges were selected to conduct monitoring point layout and monitoring time for critical working conditions.In order to avoid the influence of temperature difference in the morning and evening,measurements should be made at the same time before the sun comes out.In addition,the principle of reading strain gauge and the relationship between strain and stress are introduced.By comparing the measured and theoretical stress values and error analysis of the adaptive control method,it can be seen that the structural stress of the bridge is stable,highly consistent with the design value,and the construction can be carried out safely and normally.(5)Combined with the characteristics of the bridge hanging basket type continuous suspension casting,focus on the final smooth closure,so as to monitor the linear shape of the bridge.According to the grey system model,the difference between the actual value and the theoretical value of elevation is tested,corrected and predicted.Through the comparison and analysis of the difference between the two,it can be seen that the errors are all within the allowed range,and the control of the linear monitoring in the construction monitoring process of the Shenhai Bridge is reasonable and effective,which can guarantee the smooth progress of the project.There are 46 figures,31 tables and 56 references in this paper.
