For the bridges in our countries, we have accumulated abundant experience in allaspects, such as structure types, bridge-building materials, theoretical analysis, andexperience of construction technology and control, construction machinery and equipmentand management. Especially from the1960s, bridge cantilever construction and design fromthe steel bridge extended to prestressed concrete bridge provides a strong constructiontechnical support for the development of large-span bridges, such as prestressed concretecantilever bridges, continuous steel bridge and continuous bridges, arch bridges andcable-stayed bridges so as to completely change the previous traditional construction methodwith full framing building bridges, which not only speeds up the construction period, butalso saves material and cost.Bridge cantilever construction mainly means that bridge superstructure constructionstarts from the pier top, and then symmetrical or asymmetrical segments to both sides of theconstruction, which is fitting for the bridge forms with the top flange withstanding tensilestress, such as cantilever beam, continuous beam, arch bridge and cable-stayed bridge. TheCantilever Construction is divided into cantilever casting method and cantilever erectionmethod, among which, cantilever casting method is applied with hanging basketcast-in-place and after each concrete curing, and prestressing, hanging basket is then movedforward to casting the next segment.In this paper, combined with the actual situation of Fifth Qiantang River Bridge, andaimed at engineering services directly, I select hanging basket in bridge construction, andmake some corresponding calculation and checking, so as to provide effective technicalsupport for the smooth construction of the project and reference, combined with the actualsituation of engineering, I mainly make studies on the following aspects:(1) discussing the use of space finite element calculation theory in hanging basketcalculation, so as to clear hanging basket simulation from a theoretical point of view.(2) using the general-purpose finite element software sap2000to establish numerical analysis model of the selected hanging basket so as to make simulation calculations andchecking and provide reference as well as control basis for engineering applications.Simultaneously, I make a comparison with the load test results.(3) discussing the keypoint and difficulty of the the hanging basket constructiontechniques and providing the corresponding construction control measures.
