| Rural settlements refer to the general places where people gather for production and life in rural areas.Rural settlements in China are generally characterized by large number,small scale,disordered and scattered internal spatial layout,and intensified "hollowing out" of rural areas.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,there is a shortage of land for construction,unreasonable land use,too much idle land and more than one house for one family is gradually prominent.As a major agricultural county in China,under the background of the strategic plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)and the strategic plan for Rural Revitalization of Jilin Province(2018-2022),the reasonable spatial layout of rural settlements can not only regulate the reasonable residential land area,maintain or increase the number of cultivated land in the county,prevent the idle and waste of land resources,but also improve the efficiency of land use and optimize the industrial regional layout and promote the agricultural and rural modernization of Nong' an County.Therefore,it is typical to study the spatial characteristics of rural settlements and the optimization of rural settlement layout in Nong'an County,which also provides new ideas for the further construction and adjustment of beautiful rural settlements in the county.Taking Nong'an County of Jilin Province as the research object,this paper analyzes the spatial pattern characteristics of rural settlements in the county,understands the spatial distribution evolution of rural settlements in Nong'an county and its influencing factors,and optimizes rural settlements in the county according to local conditions.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)From 2009 to 2017,the total number and area of rural settlements in Nongan county increased,but mainly small-scale rural settlements;rural settlements in each town in the county are clustered distribution,and the clustering process is higher and higher;the distribution of rural settlement core density space in Nongan county is more uniform with the change of time,but the regional distribution is different,and the high-value areas in the county show the trend of "multiple" development Potential,and the scale is also increasing.(2)The distribution of rural settlements is the result of a variety of factors.Generally speaking,rural settlements are mainly distributed in areas with gentle slope,sufficient water system and convenient transportation.These areas have excellent production and living conditions,which can attract heavy investment from multiple enterprises,further promote the expansion of rural settlements and the development of local economy.(3)Taking the rural settlement map of Nong'an County as the evaluation unit,the evaluation index system of rural settlement development potential is constructed from four dimensions of location conditions,production accessibility,life accessibility,and social and economic development level.According to the evaluation and calculation results of development potential,four types of rural settlement layout optimization of Nong'an County are proposed,including priority development type,key development type,internal potential tapping type,relocation and merging type Model,and use the weighted Voronoi diagram to divide the influence area of the dominant settlement patches,guide the relocation of settlement patches,and provide specific guidance for the optimization of the spatial layout of rural settlements in the county.(4)The distribution of rural settlements in Nong'an county basically conforms to the distribution characteristics of rural settlements in China.Under the background of implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization and development,Nong'an county should accelerate the development of rural settlements in the high-density numerical area,optimize the spatial structure of rural settlements in the county,realize the concentration of rural settlements to a certain extent,and promote the villages in the more vulnerable areas to the villages with good production and living conditions In addition,through the optimization of village layout,the scattered villages will be moved or merged to promote the large-scale production of agriculture and the development of agricultural modernization. |
