| In recent years,with the continuous increase of national investment in infrastructure construction,the construction of domestic municipal road engineering is also in full swing.Municipal road engineering usually adopts EPC mode,which often has huge investment and high intensive degree,which determines its higher requirements for engineering quality.If the project quality control is not effective,not only the project is difficult to meet the requirements,but also the cost and schedule will increase greatly.Therefore,it is undoubtedly of great value to analyze the quality problems and the causes of such projects,and then to study the countermeasures.This paper takes s municipal road engineering project undertaken by s engineering company as an example to discuss.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic situation of municipal road management by EPC project,and analyzes the characteristics of EPC project and quality management.It is considered that municipal road engineering has many special requirements for safety,intensification,economy,durability and landscape in addition to the general characteristics of other engineering project quality management.Then,the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of s municipal road engineering project management,and finds that the project has low quality satisfaction and many quality defects.Through questionnaire survey,it further analyzes the deep-seated quality problems,which is that the whole life cycle of the project is divided,and the segmentation is mainly caused by the quality instability in each stage,which makes the quality control effect and There are great differences in quality control objectives,which have both technical factors and management factors.Finally,the quality management and other related theoretical tools are used to optimize the implementation of quality from the aspects of technology and management,and the problems are solved through the whole process target quality system.In this part,the key work of the paper is to design the evaluation index of quality management through Delphi expert survey,and apply the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).In the stage of problem analysis and management improvement,the whole process management idea is applied,including QS mechanism,WBS mechanism,TQM engineering change and integrated management based on earned value method(EVA),etc Security and road maintenance technology are described.The innovation of the paper lies in: firstly,according to the characteristics of municipal road engineering and common quality risks,it reflects the engineering characteristics in the process of management and highlights the professional background of municipal road construction;secondly,based on the overall guiding ideology of quality management in the whole process,the road engineering stages are deepened layer by layer,and targeted management methods are applied in each stage,such as lean Management,TQM,PDCA,etc.have broken through the difficulties of quality control in each stage,solved the unstable factors of quality in each stage,and finally built a three-dimensional and all-round quality management system.Thirdly,not only from the management level,but also from the technical level to improve the countermeasures.At the same time,we try to balance the quality progress cost factors while solving the quality problems.Finally,this paper introduces the latest information and digital BIM methods used in Municipal Engineering in recent years,which has certain novelty.Before,although there are many domestic research results on the quality management of municipal engineering projects,there are few researches on the integration of the above management methods.This study can enrich the exploration in this field.The research in this paper will be convenient for similar projects to be used in the improvement of quality management level in the future. |
