The common diseases of asphalt pavement mainly include cracks,ruts,crowds and pits,among which cracks are the most common and unavoidable.The crack of asphalt road leading to serious structural damage,and the use of grouting treatment is the most commonly method for repairing cracks,which is lower than the cost of pavement patching.The rational use of filling material can effectively prevent the further deterioration of pavement cracks and prolong the service life of the pavement.At present,there are many problems such as high temperature flow,low temperature cracking,poor adhesion and small flexibility in asphalt pavement cracks and grouting materials,especially high temperature performance is not stable,and the problem of poor adhesion of old and new seams is even more serious,which eventually leads to repair failure of pavement cracks.Compared with domestic joint sealant,the application effect of foreign products is better,but the price is expensive and the construction technique is complex.The properties of natural rock asphalt are stable,which not only has good compatibility with asphalt,but also can obviously improve the high temperature performance of asphalt.At the same time,rock asphalt also has many advantages,such as excellent water stability,anti-aging performance,and strong aggregate adhesion.Therefore,making compound combination by using rock asphalt to mix high temperature asphalt joint sealant,and study a high temperature compound modified asphalt joint glue and study its performance.By consulting a large number of relevant documents at home and abroad,the causes and causes of asphalt pavement cracks are classified and analyzed.According to the influence of modifying agent on the main road performance of rock modified asphalt and its influence law.the suitable dosage of various modifiers for rock asphalt high temperature compound modified asphalt joint glue is put forward.Using orthogonal design method,and then to make further analysis of softening point,penetration,elastic recovery rate and low temperature of 0℃ effects of technical indicators,to figure out the optimal matching plan,to obtain the optimal plan of high temperature composite modified asphalt crack filling glue,and using microscopic research methods for mechanism analysis,Through the application of high temperature composite modified asphalt sealant,the process of production and repair is further obtained.The results show that the high temperature and low temperature performance,adhesion and elastic capacity of the high temperature composite modified asphalt joint adhesive meet the requirements of index,and it has good adhesion to the repaired road surface,and the performance is excellent.
