Research On Application Of BIM Information Standard Based On Facility Management Requirements

In recent years,the application of BIM information technology in the construction industry is more and more extensive.BIM information technology provides an efficient working platform for the model building and information processing process of projects in various stages.Because the facility management includes the functional responsibilities of various fields,the content types are complex,and there is a large demand for information in all stages of the whole life cycle of the facility management,the application of BIM Technology to the facility management can solve the facility failure and management requirements more efficiently.However,in the process of model information collection and transmission,the amount of information is huge,the types are miscellaneous,the formats are different and the requirements of each project are different.Therefore,the research on the establishment and application of BIM information standards has theoretical and practical significance for improving the collection,transmission and use level of facility management information.Firstly,this paper studies the connotation and extension of facility management and the application of facility management,analyzes the application of information in all aspects of facility management,finds out the defects and problems in the application of information technology in facility management,and demonstrates the necessity and significance of applying BIM information technology in facility management system.Then,the paper studies BIM information application and BIM information standard classification,analyzes the characteristics of BIM information and the process and way of information flow in the project,and summarizes the existing problems in the current BIM information application.Through the research of BIM information standard in four modules of existing facility management,namely financial management,user management,space management and operation and maintenance management,this paper summarizes a set of facility informationtransmission framework based on CObie standard,and further deepens and expounds the detailed rules of CObie information standard application.Finally,through the study of existing cases,the application of BIM information standard in implementation management is realized Case study is carried out.The innovation of this paper is that through the research on the application of BIM information standard in facility management,this paper analyzes the application process of BIM information standard in projects and the necessity of BIM Technology in facility management,and through case study,determines the popularization and universality of the standard framework system,which provides reference for the application of BIM Technology in facility management in the future Meaning and reference value.
