| In recent years,our government has introduced a number of policies to encourage all parts of the city to promote the construction of.Utility Tunnel.As of December 10,2017,the construction of Utility Tunnel has been distributed in 31 provinces and municipalities nationwide,and the mileage is expected to be 6575 km.However,the management level of Utility Tunnel Facility after the completion of the project has yet to be improved.At present,the combination of manual inspection and monitoring systems has the problems of lack of information,low information integration,and high information management costs,and cannot guarantee the safe and efficient operation of theUtility Tunnel.The high integration and sharing of BIM information provides a rich source of data for the management of facilities,and the establishment of a comprehensive information management system based on BIM can effectively improve the efficiency and management level of the information management of the.Utility Tunnel.In this paper,B/S architecture,SQL Server database and object oriented Java language are used to build BIM based urban Utility Tunnel information system.This article has mainly done the following aspects of the work.First,according to the status of information management of Utility Tunnel Facility,the idea of information management of Utility Tunnel Facility based on BIM is put forward.From the perspective of FLM theory and value management theory,the advantages of BIM technology applied to integrated management of management of Utility Tunnel Facility are analyzed.Second,the demand of BIM based Utility Tunnel Facility information management system is deeply excavated,and the structure design,function design and database design of the system are carried out with the goal of demand analysis.The functional modules mainly include the information management of the corridor pipeline,the management of equipment information,the management of space information,the management of daily operation and maintenance information and the management of management information.At the same time,the two key technologies and principles of the Spring MVC design framework and ODBC interface are analyzed in detail.Third,Based on the IntelliJ IDEA platform,the process of system function is programmed,and the system is tested to verify the feasibility of the system.This system provides the interface of human-computer interaction through the way of WEB,which facilitates the facilities manager to access the database through the network login system at any time in the LAN,and improves the efficiency of the integrated corridor facilities management to a certain extent. |
