| In the era of rapid development of urban construction,Due to excessive emphasis on controllability,economic benefits and lack of guidance for urban design work,This has resulted in a series of problems such as the loss of massive information when the refined urban design is translated into control language,resulting in the disconnection of design goals and implementation results,the disorderly development of urban forms,and the annihilation of features.With the introduction of urban design related management measures,the status of urban design has gradually improved.Under the current globalization of urban design digitalization,how to effectively translate urban design elements and reshape the characteristic spatial form is an issue that requires urgent resea rch.Since the end of 2017,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced that Changchun City will be listed as one of the first 20 urban design pilots.This article takes Changchun City as an example to explore the effective translation of the overall urban design elements to guide the management and control of special spatial patterns.Under this background,this article firstly clarified the coupling objective of the overall urban design element evaluation from the theoretical and practic al level to guide the shaping of the characteristic spatial form;and followed the principle of giving priority to ecological and social benefits to the coupli ng of design element evaluation.Secondly,by analyzing the selection of common and individual elements,Changchun’s overall urban design is obtained.Based on the geographical design elements,the selected elements are refined and the urban design element framework of Changchun City is constructed with the theory of spatial corridors and functional bodies.Thirdly,on the basis of the urban design element framework,the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the multi-element.After several rounds of Delphi survey methods,the elements that affect the overall urban design of Changchun were selected,and then the proportion of each element in the evaluation system was calculated using the analytic hierarchy process.And based on the data analysis platform,the single-factor evaluation of the four aspects of natural landscape pa ttern,urban form and landscape pattern,public space system,and urban image pattern is coupled and analyzed,which is translated into Changchun City’s highly morphological control model.Finally,based on the GIS visualization approach,the rigid elements and aesthetic value elements are corrected and comprehensively analyzed to modify the basic model of Changchun City’s high form.This article aims to guide the overall urban characteristics and highly morphological control through multi-element evaluation coupling,and propose feasible technical solutions for the effective translation of design elements into control speech,which provides a rational and scientific means for digital urban design. |
