Regulatory detailed planning(hereinafter referred to as "control regulations")is in a very important position in the current urban-rural planning system of our country,which connects the overall planning and the construction detailed planning.The establishment of reasonable control indicators is an important result of control regulations.The regulatory indicators are divided into two categories,prescriptive indicators and guiding indicators.In the past,in the process of formulating regulatory and prescriptive indicators,excessive pursuit of economic benefits of land use and neglect of consideration of the overall ecological space of the city resulted in the connection between the natural and ecological space environment of many cities,especially the ecological corridors,being affected to varying degrees.destroy.Therefore,in order to allow the urban planning area with certain ecological functions to be developed reasonably,this article explores the control index system that reflects the urban ecological space and a more reliable method of formulating the control and prescriptive index.In order to propose a reasonable control index system and a method to propose control regulations,this paper is based on the relationship between landscape architecture elements,urban design,and control regulations,and uses urban design as a bridge,from both the mid-level and micro-levels of urban design.Guide the formulation and implementation of control indicators,and consider the influence of landscape elements at the meso and micro levels of urban design.First,at the meso level,the urban design elements related to the elements of landscape architecture are proposed,and the value range of each urban design element under the influence of the elements of landscape architecture is summarized.Secondly,at the micro level,based on the elements of landscape architecture,we propose guiding indicators for regulation.In this way,an optimized control index system and a set of methods for quantitatively determining the value of the control and prescriptive index are sorted out from the meso and micro level of urban design.And apply it in the case of the University Cultural District of Huaxi District.Research conclusions:(1)Through the analysis of the relationship between the elements of landscape architecture,urban design,and regulatory control,a new regulatory control index system including original indicators +dynamic + static has been established.(2)Based on the analysis of landscape architecture elements,the urban design elements that determine its impact at the meso level are ecological corridors,sight corridors,open spaces,road traffic,landscape systems,and functional zoning.And include it as a dynamic indicator of regulation.(3)At the micro level: the control indicators under the influence of landscape architecture elements can increase the opening rate of the building,the green buffer zone,the rate of hard ground,and the degree of connection.And it is included as a static indicator of control regulations.(4)The method of determining the original prescriptive indicators of the control regulations is through a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.The quantitative process is to classify the dynamic indicators according to the value range at the meso level,and use the analytic hierarchy process to classify each dynamic indicator Assign weights to the influences of regulatory prescriptive indicators,and then use the GIS platform to perform weighted stacking according to the weights,and output the hierarchical model chart.In the chart,the strict control area,moderate control area,moderate development area,moderate development area,and others are determined.Level 5 area of ??the area.Qualitative is qualitative in combination with static indicators.Therefore,through "dynamic + static" or "qualitative +quantitative" to determine the original control regulations prescriptive index value.Through this research,the control index system is optimized from the perspective of landscape architecture elements and urban design elements,and a method of determining the value of the control index is constructed,thereby enhancing the rationality and operability of the determination of the control index.Provide reference for the optimization of later control regulations.
