China has a vast territory,with severe cold areas and hot summer and cold winter areas accounting for 90% of the country's land area;with dense population,diversified work and rest rules and living habits of groups,as well as the improvement of people's requirements for indoor comfort,the disadvantages of traditional heating are increasingly obvious.The heating period is relatively fixed,the heating temperature is limited,and the pipes are prone to aging,which has gradually failed to meet the needs of modern times With the increasing demand of consumers for heating comfort,electric heating,which is conducive to the realization of intelligent control,is a good choice for household heating and time-sharing heating,especially the increasingly serious environmental pollution problem,making high-carbon energy low-carbon and efficient,clean and harmless become an important goal of energy development today.In this paper,based on the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of electric heating research at home and abroad,using the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental testing research methods,mainly for the actual situation of the development of electric heating in Jilin Province,carried out technical research on different electric heating methods.First,based on the numerical simulation software Airpak 3.0,a small office is taken as an example to simulate the influence of three different kinds of electric heating equipment: electric radiator,heating cable,electric geothermal and cabinet air conditioner on indoor thermal comfort.In the simulation results,different plane temperature field,velocity field and PMV are affected PPD is compared an analyzed,and the initial investment and operation cost of three kinds of electric heating systems applied in practical projects are compared from the economic point of view.The research results show that the cost of air conditioning heating is higher than the other two heating modes,and the indoor thermal comfort is poor;the heating effect of heating cable ground radiation heating system is good,but the electric floor heating is due to its construction and processing materials Compared with the other two heating methods,the electric heater is the best choice for intelligent heating in winter.Secondly,under the condition of the same influence factors such as standard test chamber temperature and environment,the thermal efficiency and temperature field change of three kinds of electric heaters with high utilization rate,carbon fiber quartz tube heater,fin heater and hot oil heater,are studied.The results show that the fin electric heater is superior to the hot oil and carbon fiber quartz tube electric heater in terms of indoor temperature balance and human comfort,which has great promotion value.
