With the rapid development of information technology,highway constru ction is also faced with great challenges,which puts forward higher requirements for highway construction.In the process of highway construction,construction resource management is an indispensable link,but due to the rapid development of our country at the present stage,there are many problems such as resource waste,cost and construction quality.With the emergence of BIM technology and the introduction of our country,and constantly promote and popularize BIM technology in our country,in the construction phase of the BIM applications are constantly deepening,effectively improve the quality of the construction efficiency and construction,realized the full lifecycle management and construction.Therefore,the application research of BIM technology in construction resource management has important research significance and application value.Based on the construction resource management present situation and existing problems of the research,this paper puts forward the construction resource management platform based on BIM technology.Through the application of BIM technology optimization and efficient allocation of construction resources,the platform working on BIM technology ground application in highway engineering construction management problem realizes the fine construction resource management and avoids a waste of resources construction.The platform mainly includes sub-modules of organization management,material management,fund management and other modules,which can achieve efficient and refined management of on-site construction resources through comprehensive integration.At the same time,on the one hand,by focusing on the application research of Dynamo technology,fast and efficient modeling and information acquisition of tunnel construction structure and related construction resources are realized,which reduces the input of human and material resources;On the other hand,the moving average method is used to predict the price of materials involved in the construction of highway tunnel engineering,so as to provide the decision-making reference and basis for the purchase price of construction materials and reduce the input of construction materials cost.Based on the highway engineering construction projects,the results of the study to the construction of the project are applied to resource management platform based on BIM technology development.Through the application practice proves that the construction of resource management based on BIM technology platform is advantageous to the construction resources reasonable allocation and fine management implementation resources.By reducing the waste of resources and control costs too much,it improves the efficiency of the construction project management.The application results provide some guidance and reference for the application of BIM technology in construction resource management,and also provide references for the application of BIM technology in other aspects of engineering.
