In recent years,China’s urban rail transit industry has developed very rapidly,and its energy consumption has continued to increase with the sharp rise in passenger traffic.The operating conditions of subway power transformers are more complicated,and its safe and stable operation is becoming more and more important.This paper investigates the application status of subway power transformers and analyzes their operating characteristics.The key factors that affect the loss of subway power transformers are studied.The load loss and three-phase unbalance disturbances are used to analyze the operating loss of the transformer.The calculation method was combined with the measured data,and a dynamic variable operating efficiency evaluation system was established.The realization method of the auxiliary decision for power transformer operating efficiency evaluation and the design of the decision database were completed.Finally,the development of the metro power transformer operating data analysis software was developed.First of all,an in-depth investigation on the current status of subway power transformer applications.The survey was conducted from four aspects: the application status,the operation status of the subway Changping line,the load classification of the dynamic variable,the abnormal phenomena existing during the operation of the transformer and the fault problems.By referring to relevant literature and industry related standards,the focus of current power transformer research is analyzed,which lays the foundation for subsequent research related to auxiliary decision-making.Secondly,the relevant calculation method of transformer loss is deeply researched,the corresponding mathematical model is established,and the operation of the power transformer is analyzed from the perspective of load rate and three-phase unbalance from the measured data of the Changping Line of the subway.Describe the parameters and operation of power transformers by studying the relationship between active power loss,active power loss rate,annual power loss,the relationship between annual power loss rate and load rate,the relationship between three-phase current unbalance and transformer loss feature.Then,with the guidance of decision-making requirements,evaluate the operating efficiency of subway power transformers from two aspects of load rate and three-phase unbalance.An evaluation model based on AHP is constructed,which realizes an intuitive display of the operating state of the power transformer,and provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent realization of the auxiliary decision-making function.At the same time,guided by the management decision-making problems in the operation of the subway,an auxiliary decision-making database was constructed,and the design ideas and specific implementation of the auxiliary decision-making database were introduced.Finally,the design and development of the data analysis software for the operation of subway power transformers are completed.Guided by demand research,the software architecture design and function planning were carried out,the parameters and operating data were displayed in a rich visual way,and a layered and role-based business process was organized,and the decision-making function was also implemented.
