Research On Quality Management Of On-site Maintenance Of Railway Heavy-haul Trains From The Perspective Of Value Chain

Heavy-duty railway transportation as the preferred mode of domestic bulk logistics,its importance is self-evident.However,in order to ensure the safety and smooth safety of heavy-duty railway transport on China's railway transport enterprises still face many challenges,heavy-duty train on-site maintenance quality management is one of them.The quality management of heavy-duty train on-site maintenance refers to the quality management implemented by the railway truck maintenance enterprise to carry out onsite maintenance of heavy-duty train vehicles to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the train.High-level on-site maintenance quality management is the guarantee of the safe operation of heavy-duty trains,and the quality management level is directly related to the efficiency of railway transportation and affects the economic benefits of railway transport enterprises.Based on the value chain perspective,the input,production and output link in the whole value chain of the project is analyzed one by one,draws on international advanced experience,and puts forward suggestions for improvement from the basic activities and support activities of enterprises from the value chain perspective.First of all,through the value chain analysis,literature analysis and other methods combined with the actual experience on-site maintenance quality management to conduct a comprehensive analysis.The content of on-site maintenance quality management and the organization system of maintenance units are expounded in detail,and the problems of the unreasonable dispatching command system existing in quality management are summarized and analyzed.Secondly,through the integration of literature analysis,we get the relevant enlightenment in the field of on-site maintenance quality management.Finally,combined with the present situation and case inspiration,It puts forward the suggestion of using six points to improve the quality management level of heavy-duty train on-site maintenance in the thesis.Based on the improvement of the value chain as the competition link,it provides a new method idea to improve the quality management level of heavy-haul train on-site maintenance,and realizes the efficient management of the on-site maintenance of heavyhaul trains.The thesis contains 31 Figures,5 tables and 50 references.
