Research On Quality Management Of Railway Construction Enterprise Based On Quality Chain Theory

As the artery of national economy, national important infrastructure and the popular traffic tools, the railway transport plays a greater role in the economic and social development in our country. The Chinese new economic development "One Belt and One Road" will definitely offer a great opportunity to the railway construction, at the same time, the railway construction will require higher quality. Currently, the railway construction quality management is the "post event management", ignoring "prevention". The involved construction companies do not implement effective information and resource sharing strategy, between various the quality management of each involved company is relatively independent, the effectiveness of collaborative quality management is beneath the expected.Quality chain management theory is the latest outcome of quality management theory development, on the basis of the total quality management, it emphasizes more on systematicness and interoperability during the quality control process. Quality chain management theory adapts to the background of the rapid development of global economy. In view of the rapid development of China railway construction, the railway construction will require higher quality, the introduction of quality chain management theory into the railway construction project will help to improve the efficiency and level of quality management.This dissertation will take the quality management, construction project management, supply chain management and enterprise collaborative management as theoretical basis, combined with section optimization method from operational research, entropy theory, proposes the optimized model of railway construction from the macro and micro aspects.Enterprise internal level:It only takes the construction enterprise as the main body in the quality control, specific to the smallest organizational unit-process, proposes three diagnostics methods of quality chain management, and puts forward the quality based improved6sigma method and improved PDPC method. Based on the perspective of the whole project quality control, it analyzes two pairs of relationship:cost-quality and process-quality, with the related optimization method from operational research, it proposed quality chain optimization model with two constraints.Enterprise group level:In view of the domestic railway construction "design and construction" situation, constructs the collaborative optimization model of node enterprises in engineering construction enterprises as the core. According to the theory of supply chain management, the coordination mechanism between node enterprises in railway construction projects in the supply chain is studied, through the introduction of entropy theory, systematic analysis of node enterprise synergy between the influencing degree.
