The conception "Experience consumption" is a new form of consumption,which thrived in the 50 s and 60 s of last centry in europe;however the conception was brought in China in late 90 s near2000.China is a historial country,every ethnic minorty maintain it's special food.Therefore to meet the needs of consumers on the basis of materials,we pay attention to meet the consumer's psychological feelings of consumers,hoping to give consumers a memorable consumption patterns.Compared with the traditional consumption patterns,the modern experiential consumption patterns have a higher level of pursuit in terms of consumption characteristics,demand characteristics and consumption contents.They have become the dominant consumption pattern of the modern consumer market.In more impact aspects,under the background of experience consumption mode,this paper aims to find a sustainable way for the development of the theme catering space by studying the theme space of "love and environment" in order to effectively improve the market competitiveness of the theme catering space in the catering industry.The first part is the statement of problem,mainly combing the research background and significance,as well as domestic and foreign experts and scholars related research results and literature review.The second part is the relevant theoretical basis.Firstly,we elaborated the consumption psychology and cognitive behaviors under the consumption mode.Secondly,we elaboratedthedesigns of experience design,and analyzes of the relationship between consumption psychology and behavior and catering space.The third part is the characteristics of the theme catering space design and the characteristics of "experience".On the one hand,we expounded the concept and classification of the theme catering space.On the other hand,we analyzed the theme of "food and environment" Characteristics and principles.At the same time,we also explored the "experience" characteristics in the characteristic design of the theme catering space in the situation.The fourth part is an example of the analysis,we take the "love situation" theme dining space as an example,we described the project profile and design tasks.And then,the analysis of the a "love situation" theme dining space experience design,in addition,from multiple To create a "love situation" theme dining space experience characteristics.The fifth part is the conclusion.
