In order to solve the problem of snow and ice on the road in winter,carbon fiber heating cable was built into the asphalt pavement,and the pavement was heated with the characteristics of high heat conversion efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection and long service life of carbon fiber heating cable.Through experimental study and finite element analysis,the asphalt pavement with carbon fiber heating cable is optimized.Deep learning and the Internet of things technology are used to identify the snow state of the road surface and realize the intelligent control of the snow-melting road surface with built-in carbon fiber heating cable.The main work of this paper is as follows.(1)Make 300×300×100mm asphalt concrete test blocks with built-in carbon fiber heating cable,and study the effects of different ambient temperatures,laying spacing and heating power on snowmelt effect.The results show that the smaller the distance between cables,the faster the temperature rise and the higher the surface temperature.When the heating power is fixed,the surface temperature increases linearly with time and tends to be stable gradually.The initial ambient temperature only affects the initial surface temperature of asphalt concrete specimens,but has little influence on the heating rate of asphalt concrete specimens.Applying thermal insulation material under carbon fiber heating cable can effectively control the downward transmission of heat.The heat transfer ability and heating time of asphalt concrete can be greatly improved by adding graphite and other mixtures into the asphalt mixture.(2)Based on the snow melting test of the built-in carbon fiber heating cable,the finite element model of the road surface of the built-in carbon fiber heating cable was established,and the influence of the carbon fiber heating cable on the road surface temperature field was analyzed.It provides a theoretical basis for the design of carbon fiber heating cable snowmelt pavement.(3)In order to realize intelligent road surface control of carbon fiber heating cable,a road snow status recognition model was established based on deep learning image recognition technology.The system was programmed with Python language.The image database was established,and the recognition model of road snow cover status was trained by the database.After training,the recognition accuracy of the model for road snow cover status was up to 94%.Based on the Internet of things technology,the road intelligent snow melting system is established,through which the output power of carbon fiber heating cable is controlled to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.This system provides a reference for the design of the control system of the snow melting road surface with carbon fiber heating cable.
