With the continuous improvement of Chinese economic level and rapid development of information technology in the construction industry,BIM technology has been widely used in various stages of design,construction and operation of the construction industry.BIM technology has been rapidly developed with its characteristics of informationization,visualization and integration.It realizes the digital construction and information integration of the full-specialty model,and the models of each professional can interact in real time.During the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period,guidelines were made at the national level,and BIM technology will be promoted and applied as a new technology in the construction industry.The construction of raw coal sheds has been rapidly developed in China in the past ten years.At the same time of rapid development,it has put forward higher requirements for the design and construction of steel structures.At this time,the construction of steel structures combined with the application of BIM technology for a new generation of construction technology.Based on the research background of an intelligent raw material coal shed in Jiangsu Province,this dissertation uses the BIM technology to digitally construct the raw coal shed construction process for the complex structure of the project,the narrow construction area,the difficulty of entering and exiting the construction machinery,and the complicated construction site.The visualization simulation of the construction process demonstrates the whole process of construction with vivid and realistic animation effects,and gradually replaces the traditional text version of the technical basis to achieve the purpose of assisting the construction smoothly.The main contents of the dissertation are as follows:(1)To develop a BIM application standard suitable for this project,and to use a smart raw coal shed in Jiangsu as the research background,use BIM technology to establish a three-dimensional model of concrete structure and reticulated shell,and formulate a modeling standard suitable for this project.It provides a theoretical basis for the same type of raw coal shed,and also achieves the purpose of informationization and visualization of the raw coal shed project,laying the foundation for the application of BIM technology in the construction of raw coal shed.(2)For the intersecting construction of the concrete structure and the reticulated shell,the rationality of the construction procedure of the concrete and the structure and the reticulated shell is verified by the construction simulation,At the same time,BIM technology was used to carry out construction safety management of the raw coal shed project,and BIM+VR video was produced to assist in the visualization and safety of the visualization technology.(3)Analyze and summarize the current construction scheme of the reticulated shell hoisting,and determine the hoisting construction scheme of the reticulated shell to combination with the construction characteristics of the reticulated shell of the project.Combined with the construction plan of the large-span reticulated shell structure of the project,the Fuzor software was used to simulate the construction of the reticulated shell hoisting and high-altitude bulk-stacking process,and the stop position,arm length and radius of gyration of the construction machine are made according to the construction requirements.and the simulation results were used to find the deficiencies in the reticulated shell construction scheme,and the hoisting scheme of the reticulated shell was improved.The shell construction went smoothly.
