Research On Structure Strengthen Engineering Quality Control Of M Hotel In Sanya

On January 4,2010,after the promulgation of “the state council’s several opinions on promoting the construction development of Hainan International Tourism Island” by the state council,Hainan began to enter into a new round of speeding up construction.The structure reinforcement project on the upgrading the original structure of M Hotel in Sanya is to adapt to the requirement of establishing Hainan International Tourism Island.As we known,any housing construction project quality is the lifeline.The reinforcement project is a structure reinforcement construction based on the original structure which cannot meet the use function,and the project quality control is particularly important.So,select this project as the analysis object of quality control has a practical significance.This paper briefly summarizes the concept and basic theory of the reinforcement engineering quality,further expounds the principle of structure reinforcement engineering quality control.Do a research on the structure reinforcement engineering quality control of M hotel,with the method of combining theory with practice.Firstly,the author analyzes the five factors which affect the quality of construction,such as human,material,machine,method and environment,and then uses the causal analysis method and holds the expert meeting to determine the construction quality control point.Through the establishment of quality control system suitable for the project,clarify the responsibilities of various departments,formulate the correct management system,carry out quality control in three stages — before,during and after construction,to obtain qualified and Required structural engineering.In addition,this article refers to the literature,analyze theoretically the project quality.On the basis of the actual project design and management,the analyses of the data are summarized.Hoping to the recommendations I summarize,can play a certain role to similar projects.
