Shenhuo Demonstration Power Plant Unit Construction Project Quality Control Study

Quality management development has three stages, the quality inspection stage, the statistical quality control stage and modern quality management stage. It has formed a variety of theory and practice style after innumerable people worked hard on it. Different theory and practice style from one side or a phase of quality and quality management is the essence of a useful approach, which gave prominence to solve the problem. Quality control is a part of quality management to meet the quality requirements. It includes process control and process correction and inspection control. It makes important sense on improving project construction management and enhances the efficiency of unit in power construction field. Quality control mechanism can be used in power construction project. It can bring the best economic effectiveness to power construction project via process control on quality problems. This dessertation demonstrates the quality control of Henan Shenhuo Sample power plant project from the theory and practice. It aim to get experience and lessons from the project quality management practices of Henan Shenhuo Sample power plant. It also riches and explore in quality management theory and practice of power construction project.This dessertation in structure is divided into six chapters. This dessertation analyses the practice quality control problems and suggested on countermeasures by using the theory of quality control and principles of statistical analysis. In the process of this study these work have been done:(1) made investigation and analysis on the situation of quality control of Henan Shenhuo Sample power plant; (2) Found the main problems of quality during design and construction period of Henan Shenhuo Sample power plant, certain the items of effecting quality control;(3) gave some suggestion on organization, technical and economic for solving the problems base on quality control theory.
