As green buildings,assembled buildings not only meet the requirements of high-quality development,but also maintain a high degree of consistency with the development path of sustainability.Among them,the assembled steel structure building is even showing its edge among a host of building systems.ALC wall panels and steel frames are connected in a certain way to form a synergistic structural system,and this connection and synergistic system will have a direct impact on the seismic performance and mechanical properties of the main steel structure.This connection and the synergistic system will have a direct impact on the seismic performance and mechanical properties of the main body of the steel structure,and even affect the stability of the whole steel structure system,especially in the super high-rise steel structure,once the enclosure wall panels fall off or are damaged,the result will be unimaginable.Therefore,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various new nodes and connection nodes used in the project based on the literature research,and designs a new cross-type connection node between assembled steel structure and ALC exterior wall panel.The new node can ensure good load-bearing capacity,which can guarantee the safety and reliability of the steel structure system and the normal working of the components,and at the same time try to achieve the simplification of the construction process and economic rationality.In this paper,theoretical calculation,experimental research and numerical analysis of the new cross-type connection node are carried out as follows.(1)Theoretical calculations including wind load calculation,earthquake load calculation,bolt connection strength calculation and node weld strength calculation are carried out for the new cross-shaped connection node to ensure the reliable and safe mechanical performance of the new cross-shaped connection node in actual use.(2)In order to study the seismic performance and working mechanism of the new nodes,specimens SJ-1 and SJ-2 were designed,and the two groups of specimens were connected between the ALC wall panels and the steel frame by the conventional hook-and-bolt nodes and the new nodes,respectively.The two groups of specimens were subjected to low circumferential reciprocal load tests,and the damage of the two groups of specimens were compared and analyzed,the hysteresis curves were analyzed,and the seismic performance such as the skeleton curve,the stiffness degradation curve and the energy dissipation capacity of the structure were calculated from the hysteresis curves.It is concluded that the structural integrity of the new cross-shaped joint node is better and less damaged,which can adapt to the large inter-story deformation and avoid unnecessary damage caused by repairing the wall plate during minor disasters;the system using the new cross-shaped joint node has better synergistic performance and can give full play to the stiffness and bearing capacity of the wall plate and node;the steel structure system using the new cross-shaped joint node has better ductility and energy dissipation.The steel structure system using the new cross-shaped connection nodes has better performance in ductility and energy dissipation,and the stiffness degradation is more gentle,which indicates that the new cross-shaped connection nodes can delay the damage of the structure and members and have excellent energy dissipation ability,and can better meet the seismic requirements.(3)The numerical analysis of the new cross-shaped connection node was carried out by using ABAQUS finite element software.By comparing the experimental data with the finite element simulation results,the finite element simulation of this paper can verify the test and provide a theoretical basis for the future research and application of the new cross-shaped connection node.(4)In order to ensure the comprehensive use value of the node,this paper analyzes whether the node can be optimized under the condition of ensuring good seismic performance of the node through ABAQUS finite element simulation on the basis of experimental research and numerical analysis.The lengths of the pallets were taken to be 50 mm,100mm and 150 mm,and the best overall performance of the new cross-type joint nodes was investigated under which conditions.The analysis shows that the appropriate shortening of the pallet part of the new cross-type joint node can achieve the optimal effect while ensuring the superior seismic capacity of the new node.Figure [54] table [16] reference [66]...
