Research On Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Pervious Pavement Based On Sponge City Theory

The construction of sponge city is an effective means to solve the serious water environment problems in our cities.As a green ecological pavement,permeable pavement is an important technical means for the construction of sponge cities.To evaluate the comprehensive benefits of pervious pavement is of great significance to the application and promotion of pervious pavement and the promotion of the construction of sponge city.Based on the concept of sponge city construction and the comprehensive benefit of permeable pavement as the main line,this study explores the establishment of a comprehensive benefit evaluation model with practicability and applicability.Firstly,this thesis expounds the research background,research significance and shortcomings of pervious pavement benefit evaluation research at home and abroad.Based on that,the related theories of sponge city,pervious pavement and comprehensive benefit are systematically introduced.Secondly,based on the research of permeable pavement benefit at home and abroad,which mainly concentrates on the unilateral study of economy or society,this thesis introduces social benefit,explores the comprehensive benefit of permeable pavement covering three dimensions of environmental benefit,economic benefit and social benefit,and separately selects evaluation index from these three dimensions to construct comprehensive benefit evaluation index system.Then according to the compatibility of theory,the comprehensive benefit evaluation model based on grey intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed by combining intuitionistic fuzzy theory with grey theory.The evaluation model constructs the weight of the calculation index of fuzzy judgment matrix from three aspects: membership degree,non-membership degree and hesitation degree,and combines grey weight vector theory.The comprehensive benefit of permeable pavement is calculated by combining analysis.Finally,taking an example of a permeable pavement project in Quanzhou City to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of the case by using the established evaluation model.The study shows that the comprehensive benefit grade of the project case is good,which is consistent with the actual situation.The practicability and applicability of the model are verified.Based on the evaluation results,this thesis put forward some measures and suggestions to improve permeable pavement comprehensive benefits.This study establishes a grey intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model applied to comprehensive benefit evaluation of permeable pavement,which effectively combines qualitative evaluation with quantitative data,improves the accuracy of evaluation,and provides guidance and reference for the evaluation of permeable pavement and comprehensive benefit evaluation.At the same time,it provides reference for the popularization of pervious pavement and the optimization development of pervious pavement.
