| This paper discusses the background,design,construction and update of Yongyantang in Gongchuan Town,Yong’an City,Fujian Province through field research interviews,mapping modeling and data review.The unique location of Gongchuan Town and the environment have given birth to a history of outstanding people.As a member of the Zhang family,the long-lasting prosperity and long-term development have created the demand for the construction of Yongyantang.The patriarchal system and the neighborhood relationship are the constraints of designing Yongyantang.The background of the ancient town and the pattern of the township determine the location of Yongyantang.Based on the combination of "centered courtyard and auxiliary room",Yongyantang adjusts the function distribution according to local conditions,and rebuilds the college and gates,forming a relatively complete form of residence in Gongchuan Town.Around the spatial targets of each part,Yongyantang adopts corresponding construction methods in site engineering,large wood,roofing and wall.In terms of decoration,Yongyantang increased the proportion of brick carving on the basis of wood carving,supplemented by stone carving and plaster shaping,showing the mood of the owner when building the house.Through the analysis of the whole to the part,Yongyantang is a typical example of Gongchuan folk house with the aim of sacrificing and living,adapting to local conditions on the basis of traditional forms,and having a humanistic atmosphere. |
