With the rapid development of new modes of shopping such as e-commerce and new modes of transportation such as rail transit,the spatiotemporal behavior of commerce has changed.The traditional commercial service facilities configuration does not match with people's spatiotemporal behavior requirements well,reduce the economic benefits of commercial service facilities and business vitality,the traditional commercial service facilities' layout model faces challenges.At the same time,the development of mobile information technology provides a new path for urban commercial service facilities research.Research from the perspective of spatiotemporal behavior with new data,measuring the spatiotemporal behavior with multiple data to explore the characteristics of residents' spatiotemporal behavior.The mobile phone signaling data,Weibo check-in data,Dazhongdianping comment data are used to measure the temporal and spatial behavior characteristics of urban residents according to different types of data and different time periods from different dimensions and different perspectives,and qualitative and quantitative analysis are combined.Through the combination of urban planning data and POI data,the grid method is used to evaluate the city's current commercial service facilities space;Analyzes and couples the characteristics of urban residents' time and space and the status quo of commercial service facilities outlets,and discusses the supply and demand relation of urban commercial service facilities space supply and population spatiotemporal behavior characteristics.Through inductive summarization and interview research,Selecting elements that affect the spatial layout of urban commercial service facilities,construct the factors system and indicators that affect commercial vitality,and provide the basis for the location and layout of commercial service facilities space.According to the characteristics of daily life and spatiotemporal behavior of residents,suggestions for spatial planning and optimization of commercial service facilities are proposed.According to the temporal characteristics of the mobile phone signaling data,summarizing the time and space agglomeration characteristics of residents' daily activities,proposing the supply and demand of urban commercial service facilities;according to Weibo check-in data to measure the spatiotemporal vitality of the urban commercial service facilities space,inducting residents' workdays and weekends,signing features at different times of the day,and combining them with the spatial attributes of commercial service facilities to the spatial level;Using the Dazhongdianping data as a direct indicator of the popularity of the crowd,to judge the popularity of the current commercial service facilities space.Through the study of the spatiotemporal behavior measure of multivariate data and the current status of commercial service facilities space,studies have shown that there is a certain similarity between urban commercial space and human time and space agglomeration,but there is also space supply and demand dislocation.It is divided into four types: high supply and high demand,low supply and high demand,high supply and low demand,and low supply and low demand.Through quantitative analysis,it is considered that there is a certain correlation between the characteristics of the spatiotemporal behavior of residents and the layout of commercial space.The study of the characteristics of residents' spatiotemporal behavior proves that there is a spatial layout requirement for the commercial space such as 5 minutes,10 minutes,and 15 minutes.Based on literature review and social surveys,selecting traffic accessibility,land use type,service facilities,multivariate data,social and economic development,commercial space's attributes,six indicators and 15 indicators as factors affecting residents' commercial time and space behavior.The weight assignment of each impact factor is carried out by AHP analytic hierarchy process,and the spatial layout model of commercial network is constructed based on the spatial grid analysis of ArcGIS,determine four types area for commercial space layout: the most suitable commercial space layout,more suitable for commercial space layout,suitable for commercial space layout and not suitable for commercial space layout.And compared with the layout of the current commercial service facilities space,then propose the promotion strategy of commercial service facilities.Taking Yuhuatai District of Nanjing as an example,from two dimensions of time and space,analyze the dynamic characteristics of commercial service facilities space and the fluctuations with time.Make research of the supply and demand situation of commercial service facilities space in Yuhuatai District,the characteristics of human spatiotemporal behavior,then construct a spatial layout model of commercial outlets.The research shows that:(1)There is a certain unbalance in the supply and demand of urban commercial service facilities,such as there are few local commercial service facilities where some people gather,and some local commercial service facilities are sparse;(2)Commercial space needs to be planned according to the actual needs of the crowd activities;(3)Through the multivariate data,the spatial agglomeration characteristics of the urban population are the central agglomeration and outward expansion of the spatial pattern of gradual evacuation,metro stations and along the line are always active areas,and the urban population distribution has obvious central characteristics;(4)Residents' commercial activities vary greatly on working days and weekends.There are also differences in different time periods,mainly related to their work and living environment.The layout of commercial space should be closely integrated with residence,business office and some service facilities.The plan proposes the following optimization measures,according to the characteristics of space supply and demand dislocation,increasing commercial space for high-demand and low-supply areas,and enhancing the attractiveness and experience of commercial space in low-demand and high-supply areas;The life circle and the spatial and temporal attributes of multivariate data are used as influence factors to participate in the research of commercial service facilities layout;According to the spatiotemporal characteristics of residents,a multi-level commercial space system is planned,planning “city-level,administrative-district-level,community-level” three-level commercial space system to serve different objects;Combining urban development with the development trend of residents' time and space,optimize the commercial service facilities space.
