With the development of the Internet,the emergence of new consumption modes such as online shopping and experiential group buying has changed the consumption mode and even the communication mode of consumers.Online shopping is easier and faster to meet the material needs of residents,and experiential group buying brings consumers real consumption experience.The rapid development of Internet plus makes community commerce face new opportunities.Under the new situation,the development of community commerce should also conform to the trend of the times and improve itself to cope with these changes.This paper mainly includes three parts: the layout of previous studies,the correlation between network services and real business and personal travel,the trend of spatial layout under the influence of network and the layout suggestions.First of all,it combs the domestic and foreign community planning,business layout and Internet related theoretical points,summarizes the relevant conclusions and experience of the relationship between network services,real business and personal travel,thus formulating research ideas,selecting research objects and issuing questionnaires to obtain daily consumption behavior information of residents.Then,through the survey of online business research and the use of network services,the impact of network on the real business and the needs of residents is studied.Through the survey of resident trip behavior under the influence of the network,the use of the different demand intensity activities to the "Internet plus community business" empty resources and the travel characteristics are depicted.Then combined with three case communities,the paper introduces time variables to compare the number and spatial layout of community commerce in 2012 and 2018,summarizes the changes in the number and space of community commerce after the Internet intervention,so as to analyze the impact mechanism of the Internet on community commerce;and then compares the community commercial space of different formats with the travel space of residents It reflects the correlation or dislocation between spatial layout and residents' behavior,and reflects the inadequacy of community commerce in meeting residents' daily needs after the emergence of the network.Finally,based on the impact of network services,this paper summarizes the trend of community business,and proposes suggestions for community business layout combined with the life circle.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)after the rise of the Internet,the change of residents' consumption and the trend of activity space: the convenience of online shopping is enhanced,the spatial and temporal distribution of residents' shopping behavior is "fragmented",and the boundary between online shopping and other daily behaviors is blurred;at the same time,residents are willing to accept shopping and recreation for more distance to achieve multi-purpose travel;they pay more attention to consumption experience,and the proportion of purchasing services is rising,Higher requirements for convenience.(2)The combination of network service and community commerce not only has an impact on the business form of community commerce,but also on the evolution of the spatial layout of community commerce.In terms of the number of formats,network services have the effect of promoting and replacing community commerce;in terms of spatial layout,it has the effect of further aggregation and further dispersion;in terms of spatial development trend,it forms a network development trend of multi-center aggregation and multi-directional diffusion.(3)According to the above analysis,it is proposed that community commerce will present the trend of "point + axis" network development,and construct community commerce at two levels of community business center and life sub street;at the same time,it puts forward the strategy of combining community commerce with experience space layout.
