| Under the background of the quantitative development of urban deposits in China and the emphasis on urban quality improvement, various localities have carried out the work of improving the quality of community living circles. It is the focus of improving the community living circle by forming community centers at all levels to improve community supporting functions and improving community living quality. However, such quality planning practices represented by community centers lack sufficient research support and correctness.Evaluating and improving the quality of the community center space is an urgent issue to be solved. This paper first sorts out the excellent experience of excellent community center space at home and abroad. Then, taking Xuanwu District as the research scope, using the combination of facility POI and field research, based on spatial statistical methods such as location quotient and Moran index, the four typical spatial types of community centers-living street type and plaque Group formation, point distribution, cluster expansion, and then analyze its formation mechanism. On the basis of relevant research literature, the evaluation system of community center space quality is constructed. The indicators cover four levels: function, space perception and experience, social role and management operation. The yahhp software and expert scoring method are used to determine the weight of the index.Based on the quantitative and qualitative research methods, the spatial quality of the selected typical cases is evaluated and compared. The evaluation results show that the advantages and problems of the spatial quality of each typical case are different, the overall performance of the life street type is the best, and the cluster expansion type is weak in the perceived experience and the social role level. The plaque group type and the point type distribution type are four. There are problems at all levels of indicators, and point spreads have the most problems. At the end of the paper, based on the evaluation results, the corresponding strategies are proposed from the aspects of planning and related policies. |
