Reaearch On The Strategy Of Configuration Of Medical Facilities In Community From Life Circle

With the accelerated development of China's population aging and empty nesting process,the elderly's demand for the protection and services of medical and elderly facilities has gradually increased,and the supply of medical and nursing facilities in the community has conflicted with the needs of the elderly.According to China's current national conditions and social development status,home-based care,as the most common mode of care in China,presents problems of separation of medical care from poor supply,and other problems.This study starts from the empirical study of "behavioral characteristics-demand characteristics-availability",from a people-oriented perspective,respects the physical conditions and actual needs of the elderly,and makes a strategic study of the allocation of medical and elderly facilities in their living communities.New ideas for the configuration of community medical care and old-age facilities from the perspective of the construction of community life circles.In this study,by extracting the current distribution of medical and nursing facilities in Beijing,seven communities in typical case streets were selected for empirical investigation.Starting from the "behavioral characteristics-demand characteristics-availability" of the main factors influencing the construction of a community life circle,the survey community was investigated through field surveys,questionnaire distribution,interview surveys,and SD evaluation methods.Behavioral needs include surveys of the spatio-temporal trajectories of the elderly's daily travel,including their activity time,content,frequency and spatio-temporal distribution characteristics;demand characteristics are obtained through questionnaire surveys to understand the elderly's awareness of medical and elderly facilities and their current use.And demand preference.Based on the empirical investigation of "behavioral characteristics-demand characteristics-availability" of typical Beijing communities,the laws and characteristics are analyzed and summarized,and a three-level community medical and nursing life circle of "basic circle,expansion circle,and sharing circle" is constructed.From the perspective of the community life circle,the research on the allocation of community medical care and old-age facilities is conducted.
