Research On The Design Of Community Old-age Service Facilities Based On Community Old-age Model

China's aging problem is becoming more and more serious,the family pension model has been impacted,social endowment is overburdened,and the community pension model has become the best solution to the problem.All over the country to the community pension model launched a series of research and exploration,community pension facilities for the community elderly and the surrounding elderly to provide residential,nursing,catering and fitness services,but also for the elderly to provide home-to-door feeding,door-to-door visits and home housekeeping services,community pension facilities continue to develop to solve the urgent problem of how to retire However,due to the short time,it still has many problems to be solved in the construction and development.This paper first analyzes the current situation and predicament of China's pension,expounds the relevant research and practice at home and abroad,China is still in the exploration stage,there is no systematic design system,lack of relevant standard standards,foreign community pension model and facilities construction is relatively mature for China to learn and learn the significance.Secondly,this paper introduces the relevant theories of community old-age care,defines the scope of community pension facilities studied in this paper,takes the physiological,psychological and behavioral needs of the elderly as the starting point,carries on the design analysis to the typical community old-age facilities at home and abroad,and summarizes the design points needing attention in the design.The field investigation of community pension facilities in China is carried out,the questionnaire survey is carried out synchronously,the advantages and disadvantages in its design are analyzed,and the common design problems of community pension facilities in China are summarized.Finally,based on the above research,the community pension facilities are divided into the main entrance space,bedroom space,bathroom space,catering space and public activity space five types,from the space layout,barrier-free and humanized design,furniture design and detail design Four directions as the starting point,put forward the specific design strategy of each space,The general design strategy in the design of community pension facilities is summarized preliminarily.
