Traditional microscopes generally use a fixed rate zoom pattern to obtain different proportions of images.The optional ratio and the observation efficiency are low.The new continuous zoom microscope can continuously select different ratio to observe objects in the design zoom segment.It avoids the cumbersome process of replacing the objective lens when the traditional microscope changes magnification,Improved user productivity.Imaging on the display screen by image receiver is used to replace human eye observation,so as to reduce the visual fatigue of human eyes because of long time observation and facilitate the recording and processing of data.According to the characteristics of the zoom theory and microscope objectives,we are designing a continuous zoom microscope objective by using Zemax.The system uses mechanical compensation and the "three groups of moving" modes formed by the prefixed group with variable group,the first compensation group and the second compensation group to zoom.The zoom range is 0.5×to 5×,and its maximum numerical aperture is 0.11.The objective is applicable to the visible light spectrum,which matches the 1/2 inch CCD.Its conjugate distance is 288 mm,object distance is 34mm,the whole field of modulation transfer function is greater than 0.3 in the 401p/mm spatial frequency.Based on tolerance analysis of the continuous zoom microscope objectives,we get a relatively suitable tolerance,which is suitable for mass production.The CAM curve fitting by matlab mathematical tool is smooth and suitable for machining.
