Intelligent ship is the new trend in developing shipbuilding and shipping.As the trade volume of marine refrigerated goods grows up,refrigerated containers will be widely used,and the proportion of container ship market will also increase.The container ships need imminent intelligent and automation construction.At present,the data transmission method of the refrigerated container monitoring system used in container ships still has some limitations,and the current control mode leads to the total power demand of the refrigerated container's fluctuation,wasting power resources.The wireless self-organizing network is used to transfer the data about refrigerated containers,and then the data is analyzed in the data management platform of refrigerated containers.According to the data,it solves the optimal dispatching strategy of refrigerated containers,and the refrigerated containers execute the strategy so as to realize the power balance of the system and achieve the purpose of peak shaving and valley filling.For this reason,this paper studies and designs a refrigerated container power balance system based on wireless ad hoc network,which realizes the collection and transmission of refrigerated container data,as well as the optimal dispatch and unified management of refrigerated container,so as to achieve the power balance of the system.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the functional requirements of the system,this paper designs a wireless network routing protocol for the refrigerated container power balance system which meets the practical application scenario.Firstly,this paper analyzes the network characteristics of refrigerated container power balance system,and proposes an improved DSR routing protocol based on the existing Dynamic Source Routing(DSR)combining node hierarchy strategy.At the same time,this paper simulates the routing protocols before and after the improvement,comparing their performance of networking time,packet delivery rate and hops.The experimental results show that the improved DSR routing protocol has faster networking time and higher packet delivery rate than the network nodes.(2)In order to achieve power balance of the system,this paper designs the core algorithm of the system power balance software.Firstly,the mathematical model of refrigerated container power balance problem is established to determine its constraints and optimization objectives.Then,it designs a refrigerated container power balance algorithm based on quantum genetic algorithm and implements by MATLAB.At the same time,comparative experiments are set up to compare the optimization and scheduling capabilities of different methods.The experimental results show that both genetic algorithm(GA)and quantum genetic algorithm(QGA)can realize the optimal dispatch of refrigerated containers,reducing the peak-valley difference of total power demand and balance load power.However,QGA has faster optimal speed than GA,and its ability to balance power demand and optimize power plant configuration is stronger than the latter.
