Research On Train Operation Plan Of China-Europe Refrigerated Container

The proposal of "One Belt And One Road" makes China-Europe railway express become an important carrier of economic and trade cooperation between China and other countries,providing a convenient platform for trade exchanges.The import and export of refrigerated goods such as fresh agricultural products that need temperature control are also growing,which provides a huge potential for the refrigerated container transport market.At the same time,it also broadens the supply of goods for China-Europe railway express and plays a positive role in promoting economic development.Therefore,facing practical problems such as the dispersed distribution of refrigerated goods and special transportation conditions,how to achieve reasonable transportation organization of China-Europe refrigerated container train under the requirements of meeting the needs of shippers and coordinating multiple operating lines is an important issue affecting the high-quality development of China-Europe freight trains.This paper examined train operation plan of China-Europe refrigerated container as subject.The paper mainly includes the following content:(1)The refrigerated goods transportation and refrigerated container related theories are sorted out,especially the refrigerated cargo in the process of transportation conditions and quality changes.Based on the total volume of refrigerated goods import and export between China and Europe,this paper analyzes the market potential of refrigerated goods transport between China and Europe.(2)Point-to-point direct,step and hub-and-spoke network operation mode are compared from the meaning,operation process and characteristics.Choose the hub-and-spoke network operation mode as the basis of this paper.(3)According to the provenance and category of the refrigerated cargo transport demand,the service network is divided into direct trains transport,connecting trains transport,transit trains transport transit,collection center and origin city rally wait for a total of five kinds of operation process,analysis in road freight transportation,loading and unloading operations costs,cooling,cost and the time cost of refrigerated goods.With the goal of minimizing the total cost and considering the uncertain demand,the optimization model of China-Europe refrigerated container train operation plan under certain and uncertain demand is established respectively.Design genetic algorithm to solve the model and obtain the best assembly center,the train operation plan and the container flow allocation.(4)The validity and maneuverability of the model and algorithm are verified by designing a numerical example.The results show that the model considering the uncertain demand is more suitable for the refrigerated cargo transport market than the model considering the definite demand,which provides scientific decision support for the stable development of China-Europe refrigerated container.
