The hydraulic transformer is the secondary regulating component in the hydraulic constant pressure network system.It can drive the load and recover the pressure energy at the load end,which expands the application range of the secondary regulating hydrostatic transmission system.At present,the research on hydraulic transformers at home and abroad is not mature enough,and there are problems such as inconvenient processing and manufacturing,high price,limited range of pressure transformation,and complicated control.The digital hydraulic transformer proposed in this paper has the advantages of simple structure,low cost and discrete control.The digital hydraulic transformer is referred to as DHT,which is mainly composed of different displacement pump/motor unit,transmission box,threaded cartridge valve and valve block.Through the control of the threaded cartridge valve,DHT displacement change and flow rate change are realized.Thereby achieving the effect of pressure transformation.This paper mainly explores the performance characteristics of DHT mathematical model,AMESim simulation model and experimental test.The mathematical model includes displacement mathematical model,flow mathematical model,torque mathematical model and efficiency mathematical model,which provides a theoretical basis for studying the characteristics of DHT;AMESim simulation model and experimental test are synchronized,and the two complement each other,the establishment of simulation model It provides a new way to explore the characteristics of DHT.In the model,the characteristics of DHT are analyzed by changing a single system parameter,which is more conducive to observation and analysis.The platform for experimental testing is built,and the DHT is connected under the constant voltage network system.The experimental test scheme of DHT was explored,sorted and summarized.The performance characteristics of DHT were studied by changing the constant pressure source pressure,the transformation ratio combination and the load pressure in the DHT test system.It provides a basis for selecting the appropriate transformation ratio combination and its working area.
