Today's volume of land use in China is excessive,as the prosperity after the Reform and Opening.High centralization of population in urban area increases housing pressure to downtown residents.Thus,new residential area developing around the country should comply with the degree of urbanization.The influence of the increase of high-rise buildings on the urban environment is becoming more and more serious.In the process of construction and use of residential building,often due to unreasonable layout,building space is too narrow,high density,architectural change of underlying surface causes deterioration of atmospheric thermal environment in residential area.The deterioration of atmospheric thermal environment in residential area will lead to the increase of building energy consumption,the increase of air pollution and the reducing of activity space,etc.In the face of these problems,how to create a good living environment in residential area,is becoming one of the main topics of architects,planners and residents concerned.Strengthen the planning and design is an effective way to improve the living environment of the residential area.This requires us to pay attention to the outdoor thermal environment by comparing the measured data and simulation results assessment and prediction,finding out the range of poor area and make optimal adjustment of the layout.In addition,due to the complexity of the residential outdoor climate and constant underlying surface changes,the application of reliable simulation software to determine the outdoor thermal environment quality is the most effective method.This thesis analyzes the factors related to urban atmospheric thermal environment,systematically expounds how today's residential layouts negatively influence urban atmospheric thermal environment,simulate with data from field measurement in typical urban district.A typical residential area in Guilin is measured in field as research object and base contrast of software simulation.From the perspective of space,thesis analyses the atmospheric thermal environment of object area comprehensively,monitors its conditions of air flow and temperature,and then provides a reasonable solution to the problem above.Making some suggestions to ameliorate atmospheric thermal environment,meanwhile,which try to weaken the environmental negativity of urban development,in addition,try to provide a reference for residential layout optimization,improving residential environment and reducing pollution.
