With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the number of various types of municipal pipelines is increasing.Underground comprehensive utility tunnel can integrate various types of pipelines into the corridors,plan and manage them in a unified manner,and eliminate the phenomenon of “road zipper” and “air spider network”.The improvement of the image of the city has attracted wide attention from the state and the government.The underground comprehensive utility tunnel has a long construction period,a large investment amount in the early stage,and a long investment recovery period.Moreover,China’s underground comprehensive utility tunnel started late,lacks construction experience,and has many technical and management difficulties.Therefore,there are a lot of risk factors in its life-cycle.It is easy to cause project failure and affect economic and social benefits.The paper changes the traditional form,regards the risk as the research idea of the independent individual,and uses the social network analysis method to carry out the life-cycle risk research of the underground comprehensive utility tunnel,which is helpful to analyze the internal relationship of risk network,determine the core risk factors and key risk relationships,and propose a targeted risk response plan.And,the effectiveness of risk control can be tested through the comparison of network indicators before and after risk control.It can provide theoretical basis and experience reference for large-scale construction of underground comprehensive utility tunnel.Firstly,through the analysis of relevant literature and regulatory standards,the life-cycle risk factors of the underground comprehensive utility tunnel are initially identified,and a preliminary list of risk lists is determined.Based on this,the questionnaire is designed and based on valid questionnaire data,through the three rounds of inspection and screening of importance,relevance,and discriminating ability,the risk factors that do not meet the requirements are deleted,and the list of the life-cycle risk list of the underground comprehensive utility tunnel is finally obtained.Based on the risk factors affecting the relationship data in the questionnaire,the risk network was visualized using Net Draw software,and the life-cycle risk network map of the underground comprehensive utility tunnel was obtained.The individual network analysis is carried out by means of the combination of the central center of the point and the middleman,and the key risk factors are determined,and the overall network analysis is performed through the block model to determine the core block.Determine whether the key risk factors belong to the core block and finally identify the core risk factors.The key relationships in the risk network are selected by calculating the median center of the line.According to the core risk factors and key risk relationships,risk control measures are proposed,and the risk control effects are tested by analyzing the changes of the overall network density,small world phenomenon and the middle center of the risk network before and after risk control.The results show that the risk control of cutting off critical relationships is effective risk control.
