The utility tunnel can intensively integrate various municipal pipelines in the underground space for management,eliminate urban dilemmas such as "road zipper" and "air spider web",and is conducive to the improvement of residents’ living standards and urban modernization.With the continuous development of China’s comprehensive urban construction,its construction has attracted extensive attention from the state and the government.However,due to the complex and changeable construction environment of the utility tunnel,there are many uncertain factors,often due to problems such as uncoordinated resource allocation,uneven design levels and limited management capabilities,resulting in the phenomenon of uncontrolled project progress.If the project cannot be delivered on time,the interests of all parties will be damaged.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a construction risk management system for the utility tunnel.The achievement of schedule goals involves all stages of the project construction cycle,and there is a close relationship between schedule risk factors.Therefore,this paper adopts the social network analysis method to conduct risk management research on the construction progress of the utility tunnel,which is beneficial to analyze the internal relationship of the risk network,assess the magnitude of the risk impact,and achieve effective control of the risk.Provide a reference for the construction progress of the gallery.First of all,through relevant literature research and regulatory standards,analysis of project construction difficulties and difficulties,preliminary identification of risk factors for construction progress of utility tunnels,and designing a questionnaire on this basis,based on valid questionnaire data,through single sample t test analysis,Delete the risk factors that do not meet the conditions,and finally get a list of the risk list of the construction progress of the utility tunnel containing 33 risk factors.Secondly,based on the relationship data of the risk factors in the questionnaire survey,construct and visualize the adjacency matrix of the construction progress risk network of the utility tunnel.Based on the social network analysis method,the core risk factors are determined using the block model,the intermediate centrality of the points,and the middleman analysis;at the same time,the critical risk factors are identified using the intermediate centrality of the line.Finally,based on the identified core risk factors and key risk relationships in the construction progress of the utility tunnel,targeted risk control measures are proposed.And by comparing the data before and after risk control,the risk network’s overall network density,small world phenomena,and reachability matrix data are used to test the effectiveness and accuracy of risk control.The results show that risk control is effective.
