In recent years,with the rapid development of the national civil aviation industry,the demand for ATC personnels has increased,and the training of controllers has played an important role in the safe operation of air traffic control.The current level of simulation of the radar simulator can already ensure that the control trainees can complete high-level simulation training.However,in the evaluation stage,the teacher must also make a subjective evaluation.Therefore,there are subjective evaluations,difficulty in accurate quantitative evaluation,one-sidedness,and inconsistent standards.question.Due to the large proportion of radar simulator training in training and the increasing number of trainees,the traditional teacher scoring method can no longer meet the training requirements.Radar simulator training quality quantitative evaluation model.This paper evaluates the training quality of radar simulators by combining subjective and objective indicators,selects some quantifiable objective indicators and some subjective indicators to establish a training quality evaluation index system,and uses the combination of G1 sequence relationship analysis method and entropy weight method.The objective index weight is determined by using the method,and the subjective index weight is determined by the G1 order relation analysis method,and the combined weight of the evaluation index is obtained.According to the relevant regulations of radar simulators,a scoring standard and a membership function are established for each objective evaluation index,and the objective index is scored by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The corresponding weights are summed to obtain the comprehensive score of each student.Finally,the rationality of the model is verified,and the teachers’ traditional scoring method is compared with the students’ comprehensive scoring through the evaluation model.The results show that the evaluation model conforms to the actual training situation.The TOPSIS model is used to evaluate the overall ability of a group of students,and the radar guidance path of the students is reproduced,so that the instructor can clearly find the advantages and disadvantages of the students’ training when commenting on the students after training.To a certain extent,this study reduces the influence of the subjective factors of the instructors in the training evaluation,reduces the workload,makes the evaluation more objective,and can more truly reflect the students’ mastery of the skills of the radar simulator.The scoring system plays the role of attracting new ideas. |
